Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare the home for the next guest.
Bag all rubbish and place it in the outside bins. (If you are staying on a Sunday night, please take the trash can to the curb for weekly pickup.)
Reminder–all trash in the bin should be in kitchen or larger bags and should not be overfilled.
Place all used towels in the tub/shower.
Please leave all unused beds unmade. No need to strip linens.
Please load and run the dishwasher.
Set the A/C to 76 degrees F before leaving.
Make sure all lights, faucets, and showers are off, all windows are closed and locked, and all back doors are locked. When you exit the front door, hit the “lock” button.
